Brand Ambassador

Dog Heroes is the leading Italian company in the fresh dog food segment (frozen and pantry fresh) with a growing multi-channel presence (D2C, Retail, Amazon). Operating since 2020 with the goal of revolutionizing the Italian (2.6 B€) and European (20 B€) pet food sector, making it easy and accessible for everyone to give the best home-cooked food to their dogs. We believe dogs deserve only the best, which is why we have decided to put real food back in their bowls, without adding chemical additives and preservatives, but with fresh meals of human food grade. We have reached more than 25,000 dogs throughout Italy and delivered over 2 million meals across the country. Since 2023, the company is bringing a breath of fresh air also in traditional retail with 4 partnerships already started (Arcaplanet, Isola dei Tesori, Giulius and Finiper Pet Store) bringing the revolution in the bowl in over 500 retail points.

The Role of Brand Ambassador

We have ambitious plans, we are looking for Brand Ambassadors who can join our team immediately and help us achieve our revenue goals by promoting the change in the Italian pet food sector. Participate with us in the best events on the territory or create on your own opportunities to contact in the way you think is most appropriate, promoting Dog Heroes to pet parents who are most sensitive and attentive to the health of their dogs.

• Acquire a significant volume of customers in an ethical way, inspiring the search for ethical and natural products designed for the maximum well-being of our four-legged friends
• Create valuable relationships with customers, giving your maximum support in the understanding and management of
• Understand the value of creating deep relationships and have a passion for
• Educate our customers on the value of Dog Heroes service
• Be result-oriented and smash our team sales targets
• Operate with the utmost professionalism in everything you do, enjoy, manage conversations with customers in a sunny and empathetic way and always conclude with a smile

Characteristics of the Brand Ambassador

• Passionate about dogs
• Motivated, proactive and confident
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Empathetic and professional approach
• Experience in sales (preferred)
• Result-oriented
